It’s been said that “it s not just what you eat, but what you drink, what you think and how you move that has the most impact on your health”! The first time I heard it, I knew it was true even though I was struggling with almost everything on that list!
Doesn’t it seem that each time we try to change just one of these things, we end up giving into temptation and going back to our old habits? I bet you have come to the conclusion [just like I have] that figuring out practical ways to include friends, family, holidays, work, social events, lunches, dinners, a little travel and kids involves a bit more than a great recipe or a quick trip to your local health food market. Uh Huh…? Did you let out a little sigh just thinking about how to get it all done?
WFH was started based on the belief that 1- everyone can find ways to have a healthier lifestyle, 2- good food tastes great and 3- reaching your goal it is so worth the effort! We all have some really good reasons to make changes; I mean other than the benefit of looking and feeling more FABULOUS than ever…! Here’s what I know for sure: having good health allows us do much more of what we really want to do with our lives and has a lasting impact on the lives of our family and loved ones. Can you think of a better reason to gather yourself and try to reach your goals?
