Step One: Write down your Goals! What are your goals? Do you know what they are? There is no getting around this one…you have to know what you want and why you’re ready (and open) for change! Most of us want to make lifestyle changes based on the “BIG 3″… 1) your looks, 2) your relationships and/or 3) your health. Wouldn’t you agree??
But if you think about it a little more… you may find some other really good reasons for change. Here is an example…Perhaps you love to travel. It really helps to be as fit as possible to be able to walk through large airports and terminals, tolerate different climates and recover from changing time zones. It also wouldn’t hurt to have a great immune system so you don’t get sick along the way! It seems to me that this goes way beyond an initial goal of just wanting to look good in your safari suit or beachwear!
Now is a good time to take a minute to consider the life you want right now and the one you want in the future. When you do, you will probably come up with some [more] meaningful goals that will help keep you motivated for the long run. And when you do…write them down and put them in your phone or someplace where you will see them often. It will help you stay motivated… and you may need reminders on days when you really don’t feel like doing what you’ve committed to!
Let’s do it again…What are your real goals? Yeah.. this is all about YOU! So be clear, make it plain and write it down…lol! When you do please share it in the comment box below. We can blog together, share our motivation(s) and celebrate our success along the way.
I really want to hear from you guys so let me know what you think. Leave a comment (or send an email) and don’t forget to vote on whether you liked this blog…or not…. 🙂 !
Talk with you soon…
